Delivery

We ship worldwide. See below for delivery information for your country.

Within Nigeria:

  • Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) - ₦9,000
  • Standard Delivery (Orders placed within Lagos) - ₦6,000

Please note: All delivery times are estimates. Depending on various factors, this may vary, and Ashirathebrand cannot be held accountable, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday or Christmas. Your patience is appreciated.

International Delivery:

Delivery times are calculated and shown at checkout. Higher value orders may qualify for cheaper shipping rates at checkout. If your country isn't listed, please send us a message.

We aim to deliver international standard orders within 10 working days (but this can take up to 20 working days). All International orders will be sent via DHL Express or FedEx.

Custom & Import Duties

Please note the prices of items do not include custom taxes and import duties; you will be responsible for these costs incurred. You can pay these upfront at checkout. If you choose to return your order, customs & duties will not be refunded.

Returns

Our policy lasts within 24hrs. If 24hrs have passed since your purchase arrived, we can offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. All shoes must be tried on inside on carpet.

Note: We don’t refund the original shipping fee. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

Are Returns Free?

We do not bear the cost for returns. However, if you choose an exchange option, we provide free delivery if we sent the wrong or a damaged item.

Sale Items

Items from our SALE section cannot be refunded or exchanged. These items are final sale.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges to Nigerian customers only. Please include a note on the returns form regarding the style/size you wish to exchange for. If you received a damaged item, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

For international orders, exchanges are not possible. We can only offer one exchange per order.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will go to the gift giver.
